The Department of Radiation Sciences welcomes you!
We offer B.S. in Clinical Radiation Sciences with concentrations in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiation Therapy, Radiography, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography. As Virginia's only B.S. program with content specific to all modalities, you have the opportunity to prepare for the technical and professional demands of the 21st century.

Meet Jerrhelyn: VCU Radiation Sciences Graduate

Jerrhelyn is the chief radiation therapist for the VCU Health Department of Radiation Oncology. A leader in her role, Jerrhelyn feels that the radiation sciences field gives her a tremendous sense of fulfillment in that she is able to help many patients during some of the most difficult times in their lives. She credits the VCU radiation sciences program for leading her to the professional opportunities she has had.
